  1. Register: Register and create an account on our portal/website using the link: https://reearth.studio/registration
  2. Verify: Check your email to verify your account.
  3. Login: Log in to your account on the “My Account” page.
  4. Submit: Visit the Competition main page, choose your participation category (Individual or School), and access the submission forms.

Who Can Submit It?

Age Range: Young artists must be between 4 to 25 years old as of November 01, 2025.

Geographic Location: The competition is open to individuals residing in any part of the world.

Submission Options: Applicants can apply individually or through their school or institution. You can send multiple entries in each category

Therefore, any young artist within the specified age range from any country can submit their artwork either as an individual or through their school/institution.

The submission fee is $30 per artwork, regardless of the category. For example, if an artist submits 3 artworks in one category, the fee will be $90. If an artist submits 3 artworks across four different categories, the fee will also be $120.

You can pay online using the integrated Stripe during the artwork submission.

Size: There is no restriction on sizes. The artwork can be as small as a postage stamp or as big as a billboard! But don’t worry, it will not be judged based on size.

Make sure it is a 2D artwork, not 3D with objects attached to the artwork surface.

Surface: Use any paper, canvas, cardboard, or any surface you prefer.

Medium: Paints, Pastels, Pencils, charcoal, watercolour, oil paints, acrylic paints, collage, etc. are all acceptable. You can also use an unconventional medium if you wish.

We can only accept digital files for submission. That means you will have to photograph your artwork and then send that picture via our submission page.

How to photograph your artwork? Here are some simple guidelines for taking photos of your artwork to submit for the art contest:

  • Choose a well-lit area: Make sure to take your photos in a place with good natural light. Avoid harsh light and shadows that could make your artwork hard to see.
  • Use a white background: To make your artwork stand out, place it against a plain white surface. This helps to keep the focus on your artwork without any distracting backgrounds.

File Size & Format:
After photographing your artwork, export it to a format that is easy to view on computers for the jury process.

  • Each file should be up to 5MB in size. Winning entries may be asked later to send larger files

This competition is open to all kinds of photographs which may be taken on any camera, including but not limited to: smartphone, point-n-shoot, DSLR, mirrorless or a film camera of any sort.

Make sure you keep a copy of the unedited original raw photograph (or film negative). We may need it to authenticate the originality, in case it wins.

File Size & Format: After editing your photograph, export it to a format that is easy to view on computers for the jury process.  If your photograph was taken with a film camera or any non-digital medium, scan it, send a digital file with your submission.

  • Each file should be up to 5MB in size. Winning entries will be asked later to send larger files.

Digital Art & Illustration

Any digital art medium may be used, including digital painting, illustration, graphic design, 3D modeling, animation, etc.  AI-generated works are not admissible.

Mediums for Digital Art: Digital Painting, Vector Illustration, Digital Collage, Animation, Digital Mixed Media. Artworks can be created on a computer, tablet, smartphone, digital pen etc.

File Size & Format: After creating your digital artwork, export it to one of the following

Formats:

  • Acceptable formats include JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF
  • Each file should be within 5MB in size. Winning entries will be later asked to send larger files.

Software usage?  Participants are free to use any digital art software or tools of their choice. AI softwares or tools are not allowed for this category.

Please do not send any software-specific files including .AI, .PSD, .cdr etc.

This category celebrates creativity made using AI-powered tools, blending human imagination with machine learning

Eligibility:

  • The artwork must be generated with AI-based tools or software.
  • The submission should reflect the artist’s creative direction through prompts, selections, editing, or post-processing.

Medium:

  • Any style or genre created through AI generative processes is acceptable, including abstract, surreal, realistic, or hybrid digital images.
  • Post-production edits such as color correction or composition cropping by the artist are allowed.
  • File Size & Format:

After creating your AI artwork, export it into one of the following formats for jury review:

Acceptable formats: JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF

File size limit: Each file should be up to 5MB. Winning entries may be asked later to send larger, high-resolution files.
